Majesty Coworking Space
Designed as a shared space within Majesty Apartment, this new coworking area brings together different ways of working, meeting, and spending time throughout the day.
"A Space for Different Rhythms"
Rather than defining the space around a single function, the design creates a flexible environment where focused work can sit comfortably alongside casual conversations, coffee breaks, reading, and moments of pause.

The interior keeps the overall atmosphere clean and contemporary through a palette of white, light concrete, and warm earth tones.
A mix of plywood, metal, ceramic, vinyl, exposed brick, and glass block adds texture and distinction between each area without breaking the continuity of the space.
"Designed Around People"
Above, the exposed concrete ceiling opens up the existing volume, while mirrored zigzag details introduce a subtle visual element that reflects and expands the space.
Workstations with low partitions provide a dedicated setting for those who need to focus, while the surrounding coffee and lounge areas.
Offer a more relaxed alternative for working or socializing. Smaller corners with softer seating create spaces to slow down, read, or simply stay for a while.
The result is a flexible environment that works around people. Giving them the freedom to choose how they want to spend their time.
